Arash

Arash is a residential building in the Evin area. The building has 14 floors, of which 11 are apartment units and 3 floors are dedicated to common areas and facilities. A unique, modern design that has used Iranian materials and is inspired by ancient Iranian art.
Arash is the name of a mythical hero who has always been a prominent inspirational character in Iranian culture and heritage in the past and present. The name is boldly carved on the forefront of the building and has also the reason for the clever use of brick on the façade. Usage of authentic Iranian theme is prevalent in the main lobby by colors and the furniture chosen.
Apartments areas vary from around 85 to 100 square meters. Arash landscape is luscious and its practical common facilities meet and exceed expectations.
